"Our room was very nice, the reception staff was very helpful. The location of the hotel was excellent, across the cruise ships embarcation, close to shops, and restaurants on the waterfront. We would go back again…"

"I won't book again! The room was hotter than hot. The A/C was off & took a long time to cool down the room. Too hot to sleep, just lay there sweating. Why would the staff not turn on the a/c for expected guests? The fridge was also turned off, there was a kettle but no mugs. Minimum towels, no soap, shampoo & only one pillow each. No extras at all. There is a set of stairs to the elevator, I am a senior with large, heavy luggage & no offer of help from staff. Disgraceful!"

"All was good. Things were a little dated but everything was clean an working. Really liked the setting with the little porches around the pool and all the gardens. We arrived late, cooked dinner in the kitchenette and swam in the pool with the night lighting. Very nice atmosphere. Only thing we didn't like was the noise on the road from behind - was on the weekend and could here several loud motor bikes going by throughout the night."

"Leaving your phone on a taxi when you go completely paperless can be scary experience. The hotel staff turned it into a good one."

"The room was clean, the pool was in good condition. The staff were helpful. The bathroom needed updating and you can't shower without flooding the bathroom. The lobby was in need of updating/fixing with a huge water damage hole and most of the lights not working."

"What a gorgeous property, and so close to the airport, without feeling the slightest bit like an “airport hotel.” The place is large and well laid-out, with a wide variety of pool and dining options, each with a totally different vibe. We spent a two-day layover here on the way to New Zealand, and without ever leaving the property, we felt like we had a lovely little Tahitian getaway! The “Lagoonarium” — a mini-lagoon with exotic fishes you could swim with! — was a childhood dream come true! I...

"There was no airport shuttle. We had to take a taxi from the airport."

"Overall, I thought it was nice and comfortable. Google maps originally took me to the wrong place, but we got it sorted out. They seem to have a fair number of animals - besides a couple of dogs and a cat, I definitely heard a rooster as well. So it could be a little disruptive overnight when you're trying to sleep if you're not used to that sort of thing."

"It’s an excellent snorkeling place. There a lot of colorful fish and corals. We use resort’s kayaks. The restaurant serves good food. There is a supermarket nearby. Staffs are very friendly."
