"The staff were mostly friendly and helpful if in somewhat small supply. Pool bar on 6th floor barely staffed and not actually by pool. Had to ring to reception to get someone to come up and serve. The decor was a little tired and outdated. Cover to toilet flush fell off although it was quickly put right by the time we came back around lunch - clearly cleaning crew reported it and had it fixed. Old fashioned shower over bath. Hot breakfast wasn’t!! I tried the first two days thinking day one...

"Hotel is beautiful and in a perfect location! I believe it is fairly new or recently renovated. So many restaurants and shops right outside the front door. Staff very friendly and helpful.
