"I was initially disappointed by the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, as well as the odor. However, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and understanding. Their excellent service made my 5-night stay enjoyable. I would kindly suggest improving the cleanliness standards, as this would greatly enhance the overall guest experience."

"The room is so compact and small but generally tidy. As it uses black tinted glass as desk and back side cabinet. All the dust was shown cleaely. Not awful but can be improved. Also the shower stall space is a ammll and water splash everywhere"

In the second room, the AC was not working, and it was so hot that it was unbearable. We had to call reception twice, and had to wait for an hour before maintenance showed...
