I rented the room for my sons b day . At approxiametly 2:00 am I was locked in the bathroom for a couple of hours . The door wouldn’t open . Finally my son heard me trying to open the door and called security to help me . It was a scary thing to happen. Nobody called from management to apologize or anything

The people who worked there were all very accommodating! Problem was that you folks billed me at was: $109.26 came out of there with a bill of $130 something. How about letting us know there would be close to more than $21.00 of Hotel, etc. charges to boot?

It was terrible. The person who checked us in was not friendly at all. We booked because we wanted to enjoy the pool. But came to find out that the pool was only available by appointment with a 45 minute slot. The hotel is very busy with beauty pageants. If you are looking for a quiet , family oriented place. This is def not the hotel for that. Our room didn’t have a refrigerator or microwave either. The AC was it working either.

Nice short visit , very clean hotel

It’s a very nice hotel. Very clean. So sad to hear the majority of staff got laid off during the pandemic and they are only using one floor of the hotel. I’m glad we were guests here. Front desk clerk was super nice. Happy to have a job I guess

We didn’t like the fact that the Air Conditioner for the entire property was shut down or they had not started it.. the rooms were hot.. the room service is done once every three days... while checking in, no body told us that.. it was very sneaky of the hotel to do that.. We stayed for three nights ..in absolute filth.. no room service, no cleaning of the toilets, no changing of sheets.. Never staying here again

Staff was very helpful and friendly. I needed to change my room because of the noise from the room near mine. I had no issues no problem they changed it right away and super nice about it. Definitely would recommend staying there.

The pool looked awesome, but it wasn’t open due to Covid. That’s ridiculous. The positivity rate is low. Also my husband does the pool at the Y and they never closed. The thing that really upset me was the fitness center was closed due to Covid. My daughter is on a strict program daily and missed her workout. Also the food was so so and we didn’t have got water and had to wait 20 minutes before we could shower. We were late getting to bed, and we had to get up early.

Overpriced for a sweaty, sleepless night.

The room was worn down & apparent. Doors chipped and peeling. The bed skirt, under mattress was dirty. There was dust that I wiped up while wearing a mask. The dark out curtains had many holes in them and they DIDN'T CLOSE ALL THE WAY so light was coming through! FULL of HOLES! The WORST part was the A/C DIDN'T work!! My fiance went to the front desk because the phone didn't work. When I called from my cell phone NO ONE picked up. My fiance had to wait quite sometime to ask about the thermostat due to no attendant at the front desk. The walls were thin and we could hear our neighbors using the 'bed'. My fiance and I were sweating all night while having a shirt over our eyes trying to get some sleep. We had work, New Years Day, so much for rest. However I have extreme allergies & that was the reason why I chose this hotel. A hotel that doesn't take pets. A fan was offered but the conditions in the room were not clean enough neither was the fan. I would have everything blowing towards me. I did request no feather pillows which they did accommodate. The duvet cover/comforter was out, put on wrong. I wish they kept a vacuum in the closet so I could have cleaned it myself as I requested for the room to be vacuumed again upon arrival. For the price of the room & how POOR the conditions were it was TERRIBLY disappointing! It was overpriced for a HOT sweaty, SLEEPLESS night while listening to a whomp whomp noise which I wouldn't mind if it was the A/C. Also my neighbors.
