"Had an awesome time. The outlay of the premises along with the huge garden, courtyard and pool area is perfect for a getaway from the city. Quiet and peaceful with lovely birds and other wildlife in the area. My 3 kids throughly enjoyed themselves that they didn’t want to leave. Even the sleep you get there is different and peaceful. Wake up really refreshed "

"Staff were ALL super helpful, friendly and professional. I felt the staff really represented the hotel well. Check-in was easy and relatively quick. I used the gym and it was extremely clean, in good working order and water and towels were available. The gym is a good size for a hotel gym. The hotel is old and probably well overdue for a drastic renovation but it was clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Room had the shower in the main room. Beds were small twin beds. There was a large clump of black hair by the sink. I have brown hair and my wife had red. We used the Resteraunt and clearly stated my wife had a severe allergy to onions. She ordered a hamburger that came with onions. They said they would cook another. "The Four Seasons Westcliff was our first stop upon arriving in South Africa, where we met up with family and friends who reside in Johannesburg.
We were warmly greeted at check-in by Precious the process was very smooth. Very much appreciated after flying for over 30 hours from California.
