Friendly staff, clean room, breakfast with a lot of varieties. Great location and amenities. Requests addressed promptly by manager. To save energy, why not consider linking lights switch with door lock. Upon opening or closing door lights can come on and off. Technology exists

The hotel was wonderful, the food was first rate and delicious. The staff were kind and helpful always. It's close to shopping and many restaurants are in walking distance. It's a beautiful place, I really enjoyed staying there.

The room was smelling food 24/7. No porter no shampoo or shower gel. I went to eat breakfast at 06:30am and they said not yet ready, and i was rushing to the airport. This time am not happy I usually stay at the piazza but now i will change

The hotel is noce but thw looks are lackong with faiclites. Has issue with shower not workong properly. Safe was dead amd had to be rebatteried, no iron on room and took long for them to supply one. Faulty towers to the max!

Stayed for only one night - thank goodness! Put the air on in room #104 before we went for dinner came back and the room stank of cigarette smoke. The following morning we went for breakfast and asked for a table of seven it took over 45 minutes to get a cup of coffee. In fact the service was so farcical that even the waiter was laughing. I ordered an omelette and it had so much pepper in it that it was inedible. The sausages were cold and because we had to wait so long for the bacon everything else on the plate was cold. So we paid for breakfast and couldn’t even eat it. For a four star hotel it is absolutely diabolical and we definitely won’t be saying in there again.
