"Stayed at The Quest quite a few times now and will continue to do so when visiting Mackay. Central to all our needs. Very comfortable stay."

"I stayed for three nights after a hospital visit. There were cockroaches everywhere and all the surfaces were dusty - I told the manager about it and she did not seem surprised or upset by this. Didn't even apologize. (I slept with a boot next to me to kill them). I had booked this particular stay before I got emergency flown to MKY for surgery and even though I paid in full and stayed 3 full nights after my release, she refused to credit / refund the stay that was booked for the days I was...

"Clean room and safe parking"
