The hotel smelled good and the room was clean and comfortable. The 4th floor elevator button worked sometimes. We had to walked down to the 3rd floor to get on the elevator several times. The pool was out of commission.

Decent hotel, but hallways and stairwells have a very bad smell. Pool and hot tub were closed, very disappointing.

Stayed 2 nights room was not cleaned after 1st night. Pool & hottub werent working & that is why we chose this hotel as my husbsnd needs the hot tub. Very long line up to check in Took almost half an hour

The bushes around property are filled with trash. Some appears to have been lodged in the bushes for some time. The biggest disappointment was that the pool and hot tub were not open for use. We were not told this ahead of time.

Unfortunately the pool and hot tub was not working during our stay. Wish they made a deal with a sister hotel to use their pool and hot tub area.

Pool & hot tub weren't working (which was the reason we had originally booked the hotel) Coffee machine wasn't working in the room (staff was made aware and did nothing ) Loud people in the parking lot late into the night Curtains wouldn't close fully so the parking lot light was shining in our room at night

served a light dinner meal which was nice. Did not have to find a restaurant after a long day of driving. Staff were friendly and efficient. The beds were not comfortable. Slight odour in the room. Furniture was tired.

Parking lot was quite full but there was a handicapped space open. Plenty of towels, we often have to ask for more. It was clean and well kept. There were no instructions for the TV. It was quite complicated but after working a while was able to select channels. There should be instructions in the room.

The room was average. Clean but some areas starting to show some age. Breakfast buffet was great. The room was on the third floor but could still hear quite a bit of noise from outside.

My stay was extended several times and they were great to work with me so I could keep my room. The breakfast and evening reception food was absolutely great. Substantial and healthy choices help keep doing costs down too! Thanks all the great staff. I did not meet anyone that wasn’t pleasant and friendly. The only one things is the grounds need a spring clean up.
