Less harmful chemicals

The hotel was very clean. The pool was clean and not overloaded with chlorine! I liked the big bottles of shampoo etc. attached to the wall with good product that excluded a lot of harmful chemicals they put in most other products.

This is a very nice hotel and the staff was very polite and we even got early check in. Hampton Inns is our choice of hotels to stay when we are traveling. Never disappointed.

Great staff and great service

Marie was friendly and helpful. We wanted adjoining rooms and though the hotel.was almost totally booked, she made it work for us. The kids had fun in the pool which was clean and organized. All the staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Great weekend get away

It was a very clean hotel. We got the king suite and it was nice. Cool set up in the room with a large open desk that separated the bed and the couch area. The tv was on a movable mount that you could turn the tv towards the bed area or the couch area. There is a seperate area with a sink and microwave and fridge. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good. We were on the fourth floor and it was very quite. Bed was comfortable and room temp was good. Close to plenty of shopping and resturants. I recommend highly!

The only reason I booked this hotel was for the water feature in the pool for my grandkids and of course it was broken and looked like it had been for a long time. The bedding/comforter was dirty.

What we didn't like was that they doubled their rate because there was a wrestling tournament in town. Every hotel in town did the same. Although we understand the economic law of supply and demand, that is an unreasonable burden for no better service.

I was truly happy with our room. The front desk staff were very welcoming and informative. Did their best to accommodate us by putting our room close to the elevator as I have trouble walking long distances. I was especially delighted to know that the bathroom light switch had small lights on either side so I could see in the middle of the night. The beds were firm, just the way I like them. Breakfast was awesome. The only down side there was I didn't see any pepper for my eggs. Thanks for a great stay and I plan to stay with you again.

Did not get the requested adjoining rooms and early check in after being reassured many times it would be fine. The hot tub was cold and the pool was very sad for all ages.
