Nice Hotel on an economy budget

This has become our go-to hotel whenever we go to Fargo ND. It's an economy hotel so there aren't really any frills (though it does include breakfast) but it's always clean and in good repair, smells nice when you walk into the building, the staff are friendly and helpful and it's a decent price.

Nothing unique about this property, although they just renovated and had new mattresses. there are many hotels in area. Staff was friendly and let us check in a little early. Breakfast included waffles, cereal, bagels and spreads. Coffee, tea and juice.

For $265 for 1 night for 2 people I would expect toiletries and towels that don’t feel like sandpaper. Otherwise room was clean.

The hotel was okay for the price. A little on the high end for price for what it was in my opinion but not too bad. It was advertised as pet friendly but when we got there they made me pay a $20 pet fee which I feel should have been mentioned beforehand.

I paid 360 for one night at this hotel. The room had dirty sheets, dirty shower curtain, no complimentary soap, and no hair dryer. I would not have stayed if there had been other vacancy in town.

Check in the lady was kinda rude, had attitude and a late check out was requested but rudely denied, & the room had dust under table and there was a spiderweb under the chair,the bathroom had hair in tub and floor was unclean

Had to go to the front desk for more single-ply toilet paper. Found holes in blankets. Pillows were small and flat. Room was dirty in corners. Looks like they are trying to remodel and improve.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, but it needs a serious upgrade. The carpets are old and worn and the walls need a good painting. The windows were dirty and a lot were broken. They could have also made the outside patio a great place for hotel customers to sit-setup some tables and chairs. The price of the hotel doesn’t reflect the price we paid. Would not stay there again. If they were to do a lot upgrades it could be a really nice place to stay.
