"Laundry required coins, caught us off guard, havent traveled with cash in years, but some how managed to scrounge up just enough coins in the bottom of the suitcases & purses to do a load mid vacation. Digutal tipping system wouldn't load for me, and at check out, i asked the front desk about it. The two at the counter were able to pull it up on their phones, and decided it wasn't an issue. There was no other way to tip the housekeeper, and when I said I wasnt ok not leaving a tip, they said "its fine, not your fault" I said its your staff missing out on money, they might want to know, and they were so indifferent about it, it really left me with a bad impression. Valet was polite & very quick, super convenient. Pool was a HUGE hit with the kids. Housekeeping was supposed to come every other day, though never serviced our room. We had to call & ask the housekeepers in the hallways for extra towels & toilet tissue. The room was hot, and the AC seemed to be locked, "

"This is a beautiful property in a great area. The hotel itself is a little dated, but the rooms are nice and big and the staff is wonderful. Convenient location - walking distance to many shops, restaurants and bars. Since it is downtown, the neighborhood is busy and loud, but the noise in the room was not a problem at all. The daily wine hour was a nice bonus! "

"The room I got was very small for a deluxe queen room. I could barely open the bathroom door."

"It’s worn, the room was clean though. The beds were very uncomfortable and where our room was located it was loud. Nobody really slept well and we probably wouldn’t stay again. We just stayed because we had an early flight out. The front desk guy was super friendly and the location to the airport was excellent. "
