"The rooms would benefit from having a mirror located next to a light and an electric socket. The only motor with a socket was in the bathroom which was a problem with 3 women all trying to shower, dry hair and apply makeup at the same time!"

"The staff were very friendly as soon as we came in. The elevator was a little shaky and the floor in the bedroom looked like it could use a steam clean but it was ok for the one night we stayed. "

"This was the first Hilton Club property we have stayed at, and the stay could not have been better. Especially since somehow we were upgraded to a one bedroom from a studio, though I assume you can’t rely on that happening very often. However, it was a great way to start to our 5 day NYC stay. The room was spacious, modern, and equipped with every amenity you could want. The staff was extremely friendly, considerate and helpful. All in all, a great choice. "
