Had a problem with the air circulation in the room and though it was a bit of a struggle to sort it out, in the end i felt it was handled fairly. I think the conversation was a bit 'lost in translation' so the interaction felt accusatory and took a long time. "

"Great hotel in the heart of Nazare. Breakfast was mediocre at best, but it’s a free hotel buffet. I paid extra to get an ocean view room with a balcony and it was worth every penny. Waking up to the waves crashing and views of the sea was the best. The hotel room is spacious, clean and comfortable. I hesitated staying here at first, but I sure am glad I kept the reservation. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"Das Personal beim Check-in war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer sauber. Es gab ausreichend kostenfreie Parkplätze und einen leckeren Begrüßungscocktail. Eine Stunde vor Ende der Frühstückszeit war das meiste am Buffet leider bereits leer und es wurde auch nicht nachgefüllt. Alles in allem ist das Hotel aber empfehlenswert."
