I would recommend this hotel we had a lovely visit the staff are very friendly, the location is brilliant, the cooked breakfast was freshly cooked and served at the table which is so much nicer. The only thing was the lift had broken down so we had to climb lots of flights of stairs, as long as the lift is repaired we would definitely come back. Thanks we had a great stay.
We had the Executive Sea View room views were amazing. The room was very big and tastefully decorated very clean. Staff all very helpful and polite. Breakfast was nice the choice was plentiful for everyone.
Bar area was nice and comfortable overall the hotel is very good and a great location.
Would book the same room again if we could get it at the price we paid this time
There is nothing which I didn't like. I fully enjoyed my stay. ALL members of the staff were friendly and did a good job.
I hope to come again.
Thank you.

Lack of a lift was a problem. Leaking roof worrying. Staff did their best in the circumstances.
I cant remember the last time I stayed at an hotel, where the staff were so polite, courteous, attentive and happy. I never saw a member of staff without a smile. The food was delicious. The only fault I can find is that the bedroom could do with updating,

Had a great stay the hotel is full of character and history. Yes the rooms are dated, that’s what I would expect from such a lovely old hotel. Staff are amazing well trained, polite and attentive.
Spa facilities are very good.
Hotel is clean, and food of a high quantity
Only down site, the lift was out of order all week. Management needs to prioritise this situation with some urgency. Without the lift working there are up to four floors of steps to climb (93 I think)
I would advise you to check if the lift is working before you book.
Lovely hotel , traditional style which we like but with clean and modern furnishings. Lift was out of order which was unfortunate as I have a knee injury! Nobody’s fault, apparently part is on order and should be fixed soon. No baked beans with cooked breakfast to my husbands disappointment!
Complimentary bottle of fizz for our wedding anniversary which was a lovely touch, thank you. Staff friendly and attentive.
The elevator was out of order. I asked for lower level on reservation. Most old English properties only have stairs. I was prepared.
Great location, emenities. I had spa elsewhere due to full upon my hotel reservation date.
If you have a rental car, its easy to park, get to mny locations around. BEWARE OF CORNISH ROADS. Tall hedgehog walls, one car at a time setions.
Great location with easy walk to town. EV charging is a bonus and no issues with getting a space in the car park.
Really friendly staff and complimentary upgrade was much appreciated.

The hotel was a bit out dated and there was no air conditioning. Staff were very helpful and it was a lovely location.
This is a beautiful hotel with Tonnes of Character.
The rooms, both public and private were tidy and well maintained.
Staff were very helpful from reception to resteraunt, all had good knowledge, positive energy, and above all else big smiles which we loved.
Definitely will be staying again.
We loved the history and architecture of the hotel, it was like stepping back in time but with all the modern comforts. The hotel looks grand and imposing and has a story to tell.
The hotel has lots of original features and has a charm about it. Yes parts are old as I read in some reviews but they gave it character.
The rooms were comfortable, clean and had plenty of tea and coffee stock. We loved the gowns and slippers left (although we didn’t use them), it was a nice touch. The bathroom was beautifully presented with excellent water pressure.
The hotels location is magnificent giving wonderful views across the sea. The lounges were lovely, the staff were very helpful.
Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. I had the vegetarian cooked breakfast and thought it was truly delicious. I need to know where the vegetarian sausage is from as it was one of the best I’ve had.
All in all, I definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return.
Incredible!! Views were so nice, main room bar/tea room was so well done and relaxing. Breakfast was included, cold and hot options. Rooms are dated, carpeted. Would stay again, especially for this price
Beautiful location and great ambience. Staff in the bar were friendly and accommodating. The twin room was very small, particularly when trying to open up 2 suitcases!

I like the character and location of the property and the staff are doing the best that they can. The property is dated and in need of investment. The bedroom could have been a bit cleaner (hoovering the carpet which did not seem to happen during my stay) and the bedding did not fit the mattress. The staff were kind and helpful though some better manners from certain bar staff would have gone a long way. The food was great.

Helpful and friendly staff, lovely locale, and great food in the restaurant
Excellent service from the porters really lovely I didn’t get her name but she was so helpful and really looked after us.
I would definitely stay here again.
Excellent location.
Although this is an older property, do not be put off. It is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was "traditional" but everything worked and it was clean. The restaurant was good and the food tasty. Breakfast was great in terms of variety and quality. I would definitely stay at The Falmouth again

Staff were so helpful and wonderful. Beautiful spaces and people.
I liked everything about the property. It is close to the train station. It is within easy walking distance to the old part of town. It has incredible views of Falmouth bay. The room was spacious and clean. The staff are very, very nice and knowledgeable. The restaurant is beautiful. The building has a lot of history. And, I had a visiting seagull hanging out on the ledge outside my window. Most cool!! I highly recommend this hotel.
