"The room was lovely. The hotel is beautiful. We had a room in the actual building not in one of the outbuilding/cabins unfortunately because we were there just at the opening of season. The restaurant and bar were not up yet. Travel to other restaurants is good 10 to 15 minutes or longer. The pool was not open yet of course but during season, I’m sure it’s lovely and the staff was kind and very attentive."

"The property is very clean and peaceful. The staff is nice. We only had breakfast on the property and it was great. The food was fresh. I had pancakes and syrup and the syrup did not taste like sugar. The juice bar was not open and the cafe could use more options though."

"The hotel was advertised to have a 24 hour desk. Had to make a call and wait for someone to get checked in. The hotel was in need of major maintenance and repairs. It actually should not be open until the remodel was completed. TV didn’t work. No hair dryer. There were missing drawers. Flooring and walls in need of replacement. Burn marks on the bedding and a strong stale cigarette smoke in the air. I went to check out at 9am the next am, scheduled time for the front desk to open, and no one...

"Great place, they just redid the rooms!! Very very quiet , which i love!! Owners are amazing , I've stayed here a few times and enjoyed it everytime!! Oh and i had an excellent burger at the restaurant!!! Definitely will be staying there again. Bonus , I opened the door sunday morning to deers grazing in the field 100 ft away!!! AWESOME!!!! Just ask for Savannah shes great!!!"

"The hotel was clean, convenient to the World Resort where we attended an event, next to a small mall and breakfast was included. The downside is the shades didn’t cover the window so the sun shined into the room at the crack of dawn."

"The front hotel staff was completely rude and told us we had to walk ALL THE WAY AROUND the hotel to get to the casino when there was a hallway connecting the 2. My mom had to walk down a hill because he was rude and didn’t even tell us where to go or what direction our room was. I won’t be going back."

"The place is in a beautiful spot but totally run down. The staff does not care about the guests and will do nothing to help. No coffee until like 7:45 if you’re lucky. "This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It’s been totally refurbished and the rooms are beautifully decorated and so clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. We had a junior suite with a couch and outside patio. Saw deer, geese and various birds on property. The bathroom was great. Radiant heated floors and towel heating bars. This place is luxurious. Loved the walking path around the lake. The staff goes above and beyond providing services and information. I can go on and on about...
