"We had an excellent two day stay at the Bedford which was very conveniently situated for all our activities. A very comfortable bedroom and spotless bathroom, very friendly helpful staff. We didn't have the breakfast. We highly recommend this hotel."

"The location of this hotel is excellent. The bar area is nice and they have music almost every night. Rooms offer a hot pot to make tea or coffee. You can go to the cafe to get milk for your coffee. There is no bottle water left in the room which most hotels have. "

"This location was the highlight of my travels around Scotland and Ireland. The whole experience from start to finish was wonderful. The suite was absolutely stunning - high ceilings, large rooms, an incredibly well appointed kitchen area and a super comfortable bed. The location is great with easy access to the Botanic Gardens, Ulster Museum and some great restaurants. I used a two day "Hop On - Hop Off" bus pass to get to other locations quite easily, and the train/bus station was a short...

"The staff were excellent. When the power went off in our room, they were quick to place us in another room, also giving us a complimentary beverage. The lounge downstairs was a welcoming place to sit, and we even brought in our own food to enjoy in the booths in the rear of the lounge. The only negative was the music they played was a little on the loud side."

In addition to this they charged me for WiFi after I talked twice to the front desk and both tie they promised they would remove it."

We were issued an actual door key and generally I would describe the property as a bit dated. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was located close to a strip of stores and a bus stop to the downtown area which we utilized."
