"Lovely hotel. Very relaxing with a nice pool area and everything you need. Staff are all extremely helpful and friendly, we unfortunately didnt get any names but all staff we met were very good and nothing was ever a problem for them, we couldnt praise them enough! Rooms are kept clean and tidy by friendly cleaners. We had a great time and would definitely return."

"The staff were so supportive and genuinely kind that it made for feeling very relaxed in the environment. We were fortunate to have been allocated a LuxMe bungalow. It was clean, fresh and well thought out. A lovely space, large, light and bright The outside seating was cushioned and modular so you could create your own seating in the shady/sunny bit of the garden patio and a sofa with table and stools when you wanted. Great space. The bars were really pleasant, good ambiance and drinks selection. Good coffees too. Dining options were lovely to have, so book up on the app, The beach lunchtime dining was well set up as a nice beach vibe option and kept very clean and organised. Buffet was the least imaginative for menu options but was more than adequate, very clean, pleasantly laid out and the staff did a tremendous job of serving drinks and clearing tables. Had expected more live music and evening events than there was but had fun at those that were on. Thank you all at LuxMe Dama Dama."

"Lovely little find. Large room and clean towels daily. 30 second walk to a lovely beach and easy 10-15 minute walk into faliraki. Bus stop outside to kalithea spring and rhodes town & just 100yards or so along the beach you can get boat trips to Rhodes and Anthony Quinn bay as well as water activities, so in a great location.Light on balcony not working and was fixed immediately. Basic facilities, kettle, fridge and some cups. Luckily took my own spoon to make coffee in the morning. Great food at the bar/ restaurant. The sunbeds were the cleanest in Rhodes and the stars of the holiday were the beach waiters who were friendly kept the beach tidy and were just fantastic. Excellent value for the price. Would definitely recommend if you don't want to be in centre of faliraki with all the noise or do the generic package holiday but dont want to be ìsolated either. Would definitely recommend"

"This is my second stay in the hotel; after my first stay 4 years ago and having enjoyed it very much back then. 1- not brand new but pretty well kept hotel. no visible wear. 2- its top of the hill, not the seaside; which has some caveats; you have to have a ride to the beach, however; a- you have your own car and drive b- you take the shuttles every 10 min; AC ed and pretty comfy; takes you the best beach club in faliraki; yes you need to pay extra for the beach but well worth the experience. 3- fantastic live music. Leida; electro violin; that is a must see; an african opera group w amazing show as well, nothing you can find everyday- everywhere. 4- dinner; great; desserts; wonderful. pizza lovers? there is pizza from breakfast to midnight. 5- staff is super helpful and accomodating. were pretty motivated to solve issues. 6- spa? nice. a lot of rooms w private pool; a nice upgrade well worth the price."

"It takes about 20 minutes from the airport, and the taxi driver charged us €35. The hotel is located in the centre of Faliraki. The AC and hot water work well. The breakfast is okay for what we paid. Anthony Quinn Bay is only 10 minutes away, and I’d recommend renting a car if you want to explore the area. So far, so good!"

Sun Palace Hotel - All inclusive

"Lovely stay at the Sun Palace Hotel. The pool areas and the water park were great. Lots of places to sit and sunbeds. The only problem was that the sunbeds are very dated and uncomfy, a lot of them are ripped, broken. The food always had great variety and there is something for everyone. In between meal times there are cafes which have food you can get at any point. Unlimited gyros at the water park cafe. There are a lot of drinks machines plotted around and you just help yourself which is great as you don’t have to queue at a bar waiting. Same with the ice cream. The room cleaning was not great. we selected our room to be cleaned every day and the towels were always replaced. However, the bedding wasn’t. Additionally, the bathroom was dirty and it was not cleaned once. I think they only replace towels and change bedding on certain days. The location is close to Faliraki strip and beach. It is also approximately 20 minutes away from the old town and airport in a car. There is free parking at the hotel and we hired a car which was great. Overall, great stay at a very reasonable price and the staff were friendly."

"Highly recommend this hotel. It was exceptionally clean, the staff were extremely friendly, the property was beautiful, the view was stunning and the late breakfast hours and amazing choices of food was first class!! From the start of my day, my first encounter with cleaning staff was uplifting and staff was friendly and morning greetings were polite and uplifting! Next encounter was with staff at breakfast and they were very friendly. The staff at pool bar was equally polite and accommodating and end of day night cap at outdoor pool bar and interaction with staff Angelo and Derrick was excellent. They were extremely attentive, friendly and accommodating, kind, respectful and amazing!! The best hospitality, hotel and experience made for an amazing trip!! We will definitely be back!"

"The property is great - well laid out, not too big, and conveniently located on a lovely sandy beach. Staff are great and went out of their way to address any issues. The main thing that could be improved is the buffet - the variety of the food and the items within it were behind other places we have stayed. The lack of self service drinks also a problem. The à la carte restaurants are great, but if you are limited to one visit to each and you stay for a week, you are still eating at the buffet a lot. We are not picky eaters but found everything at lunch and dinner either covered in an unappetizing sauce, too salty, or just not appealing. If they cycled some of the main dishes from the à la carte into the buffet it would sort out the issue. Also, whilst the evening entertainment was varied and high quality, there is nothing for younger kids. A mini disco or equivalent would have solved this, and helped bridge the time between dinner and the main entertainment starting if you are with kids."
