"Fantastic modern comfortable room with very comfortable mattress (soft medium pillow top) lots of space for suitcases and clothing. Big balcony and easy parking outside the hotel. Hosts are amazing, friendly and very helpful people. Family run accommodation. The breakfast is lovely with many options and lots of fresh fruits daily. "Would highly recommend this hotel! We went in October and having the private jacuzzi outside the hotel room was so enjoyable. The interiors of the hotel and the rooms are outstanding. While the rooms are not overly large, there are laid out in a way that make the most of the space. Lots of room for us to have our cases out and a stunning aesthetic. We loved the room! "Overall a good stay! The staff are, polite, friendly, helpful and courteous and a true testament to the hotel. However, I had to give this 3 stars as the rooms are very tired and old and are in need of refurbishment. I found hair in my shower head, which was eventually resolved by the hotel staff and my son and I received an apology. Several of the guests I was travelling with unfortunately had food poisoning, but I guess this is a risk with all inclusive and having food out for a while. Also...

"Lovely hotel, wonderful views - bar and reception staff were excellent. Lots of nice touches and features. If this were a four star hotel I'd be rating it excellent. Gripes: Breakfast had a huge range, but few coherent meals - missing basics like strawberries, bananas (most days), granola. The pool bar staff were lovely, but the cocktails were essentially 11 euro waters. It took 48 hours after requesting it for our private pool to be cleaned - despite us watching them clean pools in empty...
