"There was no AC on the 11th floor. We went to the "breakfast" and it was disgustingly hot inside the restaurant. There was no cups or juice/water. Hardly any food left, We found an old coffee pot with 1 mug and no cream in sight. There was also no cutlery. It was the worst experience in a restaurant ive ever experienced."

I accidentally parked on 3 to find shopping mall entrance instead of hotel on 6. Different banks of elevators -- main lobby staffed, mezzanine understaffed."

"Office is only monitored M-F business hrs. So not sure how to communicate after hours? We arrived late on Thursday and were not in the room we booked. Dealt with that issue in the morning on Friday and it was quickly resolved and our parking space was moved to a secure indoor parking space once they noticed we had bikes. "The staff was lovely but the room was very unclean. Stunk of cigarettes and there was burn holes in the bedding. Empty alcohol bottles and cans everywhere. We left immediately. The staff was lovely and looked defeated. My heart goes out to them but I couldn't stay there with my immune compromised husband and children "
