"The place itself is great! The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, I had a positive experience. However, one of the managers could benefit from an attitude adjustment. My interaction with her was unprofessional and could have been handled more appropriately, which unfortunately took away from an otherwise enjoyable stay. Hopefully, this can be addressed, as the property itself is very nice."

"The hotel was wonderful our room was great. Staff were nice, professional and helpful. Parking was expensive and breakfast was nice but not free. Not sure why but my partner became very sick after breakfast he lost it all. Overall we would stay there again if we needed a downtown Dallas hotel."

"The breakfast selections were fresh, plentiful and very good; the melons were delicious. There was a nice area that had scramble eggs, meats, biscuits, etc. There are also bagels, toast, muffins and more. However, my favorite was the omelet bar where you could choose the ingredients and it was prepared as one waited. Coffee was flavorful and the wait staff refilled our water glasses as soon as we finished."
