We stayed at the Aspen Suites in Fairbanks for 18 days while visiting our family and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The rooms were excellent and the kitchen in our room was just perfect. The front desk staff and house cleaning staff were always helpful and very pleasant. We look forward to returning to Aspen Suites on our next visit.

The Aspen was a great place to stay. We booked it for an overnight with our son, who was traveling with his football team. The hotel went out of their way to accommodate everyone. They were kind and courteous. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. It’s close to several grocery stores, quick food and the airport. We will definitely stay here again.

It was 100% perfect. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The room was super clean without the medicinal smell of most industry cleaning supplies. The room was spacious and the bed super comfortable.

The room and facility was very clean, professional and quiet. The staff was courteous, informative and friendly. Glad you had a shuttle to the airport. Only item if at all to improve/change would be to have the continental breakfast or a warm breakfast included in the price.

The room was very clean and comfortable; I also liked that they had a nice area for pets and barbequing if that's what you prefer. However, customer service is a huge plus for me and upon checking in, the front desk clerk appeared annoyed that I had a dog - again, Expedia did not offer this when I registered. I felt like I was an inconvenience, but in the end, I enjoyed my stay and I loved that I was close to Fred Meyers. After my long drive from Anchorage, the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

I was very happy with my stay at Aspen Suites. The staff was so friendly and so helpful, and Robert, the general manager, listened to every thing my friend and I had to say and was very responsive to requests. The room was clean and comfortable. The little kitchenette saw a lot of use and it is well-designed. I was up meeting family for the first time, and I do plan to stay there when I go back in the future. It was such a pleasant stay. Also it was the absolute BEST coffee I've had in a hotel.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the shower was nice. We stay at the Aspen Suites on the Kenai and have always had good experiences. The Fairbanks Aspen is the exception, staff were not freindly and the rooms are tny, not the suites we expected. The GFCI in the bathroom didn't work, we told the staff the first day and it still wasn't fixed when we left three days later. The staff made us feel uncomfortable when we asked for two additional towels. We stayed three days and the room, we were told when we checked in that because our stay was so short our room would not be refreshed. We were not even given the courtesy to have our room refreshed if we asked. The tiny refrigerator was barely cool at the highest cold setting. Breakfast was an additional $15 per person for a fairly simple fare; cold cereal, yogurt, etc. Suggest they increase their rates by $20 and have the breakfast included for their guests.
