"Great view and staff was helpful and property was very clean. We’ll managed"

"I am writing to formally log an official complaint regarding my recent stay at your property. As a prominent hotel chain, your total lack of customer accommodation, poor facility maintenance, and complete disregard for basic guest comfort are entirely unacceptable. First, I inadvertently booked the same room twice. While I take full ownership of the initial error, your system clearly reflected the duplicate reservation. For a company generating millions in revenue, refusing to refund $213 for an...

"Mrs. Pam was a wonderful host and most helpful. Breakfast was tasty and we got to dine with the horses. We would love to return for horse riding in the near future. Highly recommend 10/10. Thank you for hosting us!"

"We had a pleasant and brief stay. The staff was friendly and attentive. The cabin was spotless, and the breakfast was delicious. However, the cabin is quite old, and the mattress needs to be replaced. It sank us so much that it was difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The bathroom could also use a place to hang clothes other than the towel rack. Overall, it was a decent experience."

"Love this place! We have stayed here several times and the restaurant is amazing!"

"We had a room next to the stairwell. The arm on the fire rated stairwell door that controls its closing was not working directly in with slam shut with a loud bang each time it was opened. The first night of our stay was horrible. There were several different guest that continued to rotate in and out of the room directly next to us and use the stairwell dozens and dozens of times all night long, I was up for most of the night concerned that something illegal was happening. I brought this to the...

"The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable."

"An incredibly tiny room. The bed was so high I had to get on tip toes to get in it, and I’m 6ft tall. Tv and internet were very poor."

"I will never stay there again."

"This is the most amazing, beautiful cabin and property. Our family of twelve had plenty of room to gather, sleep, cook, play games and spend time outdoors, grilling and around the fire pit. Access to the garage was a definite plus as we did have rainy weather. And we're able to play games and do a family art project in the garage. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. The beds were magnificently comfortable. We definitely recommend staying here and we'll consider booking again."
