La posada esta atendida por sus dueños. Son unos estafadores. Yo habia pagado el 50% de la reservacion en hotels.com y ellos tenian el recibo, pero me obligaron a pagar el 100%. No quisieron hablar el tema y nos amenazaron con echarnos, al punto que llamaron a la policia porque nosotros exigiamos que cumplan con lo contratado. --------------- The hotel is attended by its owners. They are scammers. The reservation was 50% prepaid as required by hotels.com. They have the receipt and handed it to us, but insisted we have to pay the full reservation again. They even called the police and told us to leave or pay the full amount. Stay away. They are not nice people at all.

Café da manhã muito bom mas básico devido a poucas opções porém agradável. O único inconveniente foram os latidos de cachorro de madrugada e as vezes muito cedo - acredito que seja do vizinho de parede da pousada. (Não havia hóspedes com pet no período).

Deixou muito a desejar, muito mesmo. Entrei em contato por whatsapp para tirar dúvidas - não responderam nas 2x que tentei. Então fiz a reserva de um quarto pra garantir a visita. No dia seguinte, informei que iria fazer check in e check out no mesmo dia. Cobraram a diária completa. Ok pagar pelo quarto (valor para quarto luxo!), mas o day use informava que os valores seriam convertidos em alimentação. Não foi o que houve, e não havia ninguém da gerência para resolver isso. Além de tudo, pedi um espetinho e demorou 2 horas (explicaram a razão, mas foi só mais um ponto de descontentamento para mim). Com relação aos funcionários, todos foram gentis e educados.
