"The hotel itself is very nice. The ambiance was just right. It wasn't too loud or chaotic. The entrance was very inviting. The gentleman (Davis) at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean but very small. We were a little cramped and it was just me, my husband and 9-year-old. It wasn't necessarily a problem but if you're traveling with a family, something to consider. In terms of food, they had options, but the lines were long and you had to order at the...

"The vibe is excellent. Great location (came for the Kraken game) and close to pubs etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful and chatty (which I love) rooms were nice and the price was great. This is the second time we have stayed here and will stay again."

"Cute little place! Its got a lot of charm and is right downtown so its near alot of things. The staff is really sweet and I'd definitely go again"

I'm not sure I find the bedding to be as amazing as some people do -- but it's comfortable and unique. My room was well sized and everything worked well. I loved the location. A quiet street on the monorail line but near many things. One tip: the hotel shares the building with a small Chinese kitchen were fresh dishes are served from a take-out window (there is no seating): eat there. The...
