"Hotel was closed as I arrived before check in time. Don’t worry, there’s a number on the door and Erika is available.
Check in process is messed up. Card reader didn’t work, wanted cash, I didn’t have any, so they said they would send payment link. They didn’t and took the money via Hotel.com which is fine.
Restaurant is closed. Seems like it has been for years.
Room was very clean but poorly maintained. Floorboards broken, a piece of rug was taped down over the missing floorboards, right at the entrance to the door toward the wardrobe and bathroom. I hurt my foot twice.
The hotel keeps sending automated messages asking to review the stay. It’s so annoying. They won’t stop.
So here is the review. Apart from Erika, the hotel is pretty poor."
