"Premium room very noisy outside. Backed onto loading bay or something. Lift out of order and no food after 8.45. But breakfast fine and staff helpful."

"The staff were helpful and friendly but we were initially put in a standard twin when we had booked a deluxe double this was resolved quickly. The room was comfortable and clean but was very tired and there was no hot water. Additionally we weren't informed until we arrived that the on site restaurant and bar were closed for refurbishment, unfortunatly we can't reccomend it and won't be staying again."

"Great hotel, first time I’ve stayed in one and was really impressed with the whole set up. It felt like an upgrade compared to the usual holiday inn. Breakfast was really good the following morning too. "

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at The Globe, Topsham. From start to finish, everything was excellent — comfortable rooms, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and great attention to detail. The location is perfect, and the staff made the experience feel effortless and genuinely enjoyable. I’d happily return and highly recommend it. 5/5 on all fronts."

"Thought I’d booked a lodge git a room did get refunded a night. Had to spend a day killing time as I was given a room key with guests still in it so instead of relaxing in a front room I had to explore the area with my partner who’s just miscarried!!! Hence wanting a lodge then was told I had an upgraded room but it was twin beds put together and we were falling through the middle the staff were amazing but disappointed is an understatement and no where near compensated respectfully and was made to just accept it never ever again considering what I’d heard about the place the weekend and my partners recovery was beyond ruined"
