Magnificent place but... sad that the suite we spent some days in was cold and very humid. Otherwise, very nice place, very nice people.

Its very rural the restaurant and pool bar where closed assume covid 19 issues so cant blame them but it was the reasons we choose it.

Séjour convenable mais on attendait mieux. Le petit déjeuner devait être offert mais en raison du Covid, la propriétaire l'a supprimé sans compensation. Nous avons simplement demandé un café le matin pour le petit déjeuner. À notre grande surprise on a dû payer.

falta de limpeza, cheiro intenso a tabaco e a mofo. No exterior falta de cuido total. Não recomendo de maneira nenhuma. A recepção foi pessima. Entretanto, ainda aguardo pela fatura que pedi e que ainda não recebi.

Une très mauvaise surprise à éviter !

L’hôtel semble être resté en l’état depuis une trentaine d’années minimum sans aucun travaux de rénovation : murs fissurés, rideaux et couvre-lits usés jusqu’à la déchirure, odeur de moisi,, matelas usés, climatisation très bruyante, .... Petit déjeuner inqualifiable : grille pain des années 70, une pomme pour tous les clients, un pot de confiture et de miel pour tout l’hôtel, jus d’orange et café au goût d’eau .... Abords de l’hôtel sans entretien : déchets accumulés au fil des années tout autour de l’hôtel, décharge d’appareils usagés (frigo, meubles, ....) accumulés derrière les bâtiments, tuyau d’arrosage qui coule sans possibilité de l’arrêter ... C’est une honte ! Comment cet hôtel peut-il conserver 3 étoiles ?

Service was fine. The only thing that was very bad is cleanliness, looks like cleaning manager is blind. Light in a bathroom wasn't working in our room. TV is very small. I wouldn't come here anymore. If you need just to sleep 1 night, it's not so bad, but if you want to stay few days in Évora, it's better to find another hotel.

Conforme encontra-se no site informando que o hotel dista para o centro apenas 1,5 km é uma inverdade. A distância é de 6,1 km. Trata-se de um hotel em zona rural e não urbana. A vegetação em torno do hotel precisa ser melhor cuidada e a alimentação no café da manhã requer melhoras. Entretanto, a equipe de funcionários é de ótima qualidade.

Hotel tem perfil de 2 estrelas e não de 3 estrelas. Acho que devem servir um café da manha melhor. Um dos quartos não estava com cheiro agradável (parecia de muito tempo fechado/mofo). Prontamemte trocaram para um bangalo, porem menor que o quarto. Tem td para melhorar e ser um bom.hotel 3 estrelas. Funcionários muito solicitos.

Evora rural

We like the rural feel of this hotel. After a long hot day of cycling the pool was appreciated. The staff was very helpful. Hot air balloons were floating in the sunrise skies. Just what we needed!!
