"My only regret with booking our stay was not booking for a longer visit. My husband and I booked a very quick overnight stay in West Palm Beach and once we arrived at Casa Grandview Inn I knew I wanted to book another trip. Not only was the staff very accommodating to our early arrival, they were also very very friendly. Our cottage was so clean and quaint. And the grounds were absolutely stunning. We enjoyed the pool for an afternoon all by ourselves. Everything about this place is spectacular....
"We had an amazing time at the White Elephant. Junior, Sebastian, and Christian were amazing valet / concierge drivers. They do a beach chair / umbrella set up that was so convenient! Gabi got us an amazing last minute reservation at Buccan that was the best meal we had. Our room was perfectly designed and very clean. It was a perfect long weekend hotel! "
"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Beds, pillows, and shower were awesome. Only thing I'd change is having a mirror somewhere other than bathroom. Everything else was superb. "

The only recommendation I would have is to use less space for the concierge parking and give hotel guests more of an option. I was there for 5 days and had to park very far away from the entrance. Also, the valet is just that a valet only . . . never said can I help you with a bag etc. Having to park far away meant I had to leave my bags at the door go park and come back. I was told by the valet - I am parking only...."
