First room had some bugs, staff changed room with no issues, breakfast was good and staff there made it enjoyable, View from breakfast area looking over the Harbor is nice. Parking was easy and location to the Redwoods is awesome. Restaurants in area convenient and good food.

Very convenient location to the redwoods and the ocean rooms were good. It was cooler out so we didn't utilize the pool or hot tub since they were in a separate building and we would have had to walk outside.

Absolutely an amazing establishment 💯 we were accommodated with all of our needs and more! I think someone had a barking dog in the same hallway as us, and I did not hear a thing in our room. Breakfast was spectacular🙌 Hot tub was actually deep so I could get my shoulders to relax.

Waited almost 45 minutes to check in. There was only one front staff person doing her best with a long line of guests. Easy access to parking.. The room seemed clean. Overall place was quiet, but the parking lot was overrun at times with unsupervised children running wild. It would’ve been safer if they were running in areas without consistent traffic.

The view was great. We stayed on the oceanfront side. Tricky driveway to get down there. I wouldn't suggest a large truck; the driveway has a very tight corner. We went swimming and sat in the hot tub late that night. The kind staff brought us all water when he saw us in the hot tub. The breakfast was unique. It was mostly all packaged food. Like breakfast sandwiches that you microwave. That actually worked out fine for us because we were across the road and could bring the items we wanted back to our room, warm them up there, eat breakfast, and enjoy our view. The rooms we stayed in were a little dated, so sometimes it's hard to tell whether they are really clean or just showing their age. We would stay here again.

Easy parking, excellent Reception staff answering our questions about the area and moving us to an even quieter room, and tasty breakfast. We did not use the pool, jacuzzi or sauna, but other guests told us they were nice amenities to have on a cold, rainy night.

Super friendly staff but overall with the key card issues and the price we had to pay for the holiday weekend we definitely wouldn’t go back! The breakfast was included with the deal but it was hit or miss if the key would work to get into the restaurant/hotel room. The staff had to fix my cards and issue me new ones several times. Kids loved the pool.

Friendly staff. Breakfast wasn’t too bad - fresh eggs, sausage, waffles, etc., hours are 6-9, even on weekends, wish that was extended a bit.. pool was chilly but kids had a great time in it. Room and bathroom was smaller than I expected but Overall, it was a pretty good experience.
