Nice property but keep in mind that they are under construction and they started work at 7:20. It was right outside our window so no sleeping after 7:20am. Room was a very reasonable price and we usually wake up at 7:30 but I would have appreciated a warning.

It is a casino. Good location to Fortuna and Eureka. The rooms need a renovation, especially the lower floors. Parking was great. We had a large trailer a couple nights and there is plenty of room, lighting and security cameras. Currently construction on going for a conference center. Roo.s on that side get an early morning wake up at 730, six days a week right now.

The room was reasonably priced and the beds were comfortable, updated amenities, modern furnishings, and comfortable. Had a wonderful dinner in their larger restaurant and complimentary breakfast the next morning. Even if you are not planning on going to the casino, I recommend the hotel portion.

The property had a casino so it was dirty , trash cans over flowing with trash and cigarette butts. They put us in a room where outside our window they were doing construction. We couldn’t open our window because the workers were right outside. The front desk wouldn’t move us said the management said the had to use those rooms. The cafe was short staffed and peoples dogs were peeing inside the hotel.

The location is excellent. I really like the breakfast vouchers and the food was yummy. The Epicenter was so much fun! The staff was friendly and helpful. I wish the pool was larger. The rooms could be a little cleaner but they weren’t too bad. I will be returning again!

We stayed one night, in a large and comfortable room. But the restaurant closed at what we considered to be an early time (8PM). I don’t have much experience with casinos; maybe that’s common (?), but it seemed odd. And the bar in the casino area (just that; a belly-up counter, no lounge) smelled of smoke.

This is a fantastic place to stay for families! We loved our spacious room, the beds were super comfortable...we had a nice view of the valley but the highlights were the restaurants and Starbucks on site, the swimming pool with the double glass doors out to a veranda with an incredible valley view and room service phone for food delivery! That part was so unexpected! I love that the hot tub is inside the swimming pool...fun for the kids to swim up to the adults in the hot tub. Across the street is the Epicenter! Bowling, arcade, trampolines, pool table, golf and batting cages, snacks, places to hang out and relax...so fantastic that it's right across the street from the hotel! Gas pumps are also next door at a great gas price! HIGHLY recommend. We go to Eureka often and we are going to be staying here from now on. Value for the money is unmatched in the area. A short 8 minute drive to Eureka. Can't wait to book again!

Front desk reception was nice. There was a note in the room notifying of the dust due to construction. It was fine, but it would have been nice to know at the time of check in if not prior to booking our stay. Residents were quite loud walking through the hallways, but to be expected as I'm sure people are there to have a fun time. This is not the hotels fault by any means, but maybe a floor can be designated for families with small children to avoid late night crowds.

Room was nice and larger than many other places. The lobby smelled very smokey, being right next to the casino, but the room had no smell in it. Bed was comfortable. The only complaint was the thin walls. I could hear full conversation happening in the room next to mine, even though it seemed they were speaking at average volume.
