The room was clean and we slept well. No microwave in the rooms:( not enough luggage carts. Coffee at other Tru locations has been good but was not at this location. Not my favorite chain but filled the need.

Front desk person was very kind. I called earlier in the day to confirm our reservation and when I arrived she remembered my voice. A nice personalized touch. Room was perfect. Breakfast was better than expected. Played billiards with my son next to the cool Eugene mural. I would definitely stay again.

Appears nearly brand new. Spotless room, comfy bed and pillows, and white bedding which I always prefer. Rooms on the front side of the hotel face a busy road but we didn’t hear any noise. Excellent location.

Great, funky place! Fun design everywhere. Staff were very friendly and everything seemed brand new. Stayed here during our tour of Oregon colleges and it’s a very short drive to UofO. If you’re looking for a hotel with restaurants adjacent, this isn’t the place, but otherwise it’s perfect.
