"Checkin was easy and there's a restaurant on site with very helpful staff. Mohammed at the front desk was very nice. The breakfast was good and a nice start to the morning. The room and shower were large and clean. The only negative I would say is the location. It's only near a terrible park (Belvedere) and a zoo which said it was open but wasn't. It's a pretty sketchy & dirty area. The hotel itself was fine."

I would recommend it to anyone visiting Tunisia it has a relaxing atmosphere and the food was great especially the breakfast and the buffet at the Tunisia restaurant. "I stayed at the Four Seasons Tunisia with high expectations based on the Four Seasons brand and my experiences at their properties around the world. Unfortunately, the service did not meet that standard. After reading other reviews, I noticed that many of the negative comments are also related to service, which was consistent with my experience. The property itself is beautiful—very elegant, clean, well-maintained, and luxurious. The pool area is especially nice and is one of the highlights of the hotel. However, if you’re looking for a beach vacation, this may not be the best choice. The beach is disappointing: it is rocky, not particularly clean, and the water is not very appealing. It also requires a long walk to get to the beach, which takes away from the overall experience. Overall, it was an acceptable stay because the property is attractive and well-kept, but the service needs significant improvement. The hotel would also benefit from cleaning and improving the beach area to better match the standards expected from a Four Seasons property."

"Staff were super helpful, especially when I twisted my ankle and security went to the pharmacy to pick me up some analgesia. 5th floor staff always friendly and welcoming for breakfast etc and drinks on the beautiful terrace. Our suite was spectacular. The only issue was the slow shower drain and I’ll-fitting door that we had to take care with not to flood the bathroom. "
