"Stayed here after we flew in to St. Thomas in order to take the ferry to Tortola the next day. Staff was excellent, rooms were comfortable and had what we needed. We loved it. "Everything needed (even conditioner and hand lotion)-- other than a kettle in the room but I was able to get hot water for tea, from the in-house restaurant, during their operating hours. (Ones of the owners at reception does not have the most welcoming personality but if u ignore the way she may treat you, everyone else was really sweet & fantastic!!) "It's convenience and spectacular view of the harbor over looking Charlotte Amelia for our last night. The front desk lady on the mid-shift was so pleasant and knowledgeable to our questions. The restaurant's atmosphere was perfect for my wife and I as we lived in the VI for many years. To finish our stay, our taxy driver was like a private tour guide to the airport. What more do you want ?"

"Everything here was excellent, including the staff, the facilities, the room, the view from the room, the food in the restaurants, the pool, the available water toys (kayak, hobbies, ) and the very attention to details that convey that sense of luxury (ie the shampoo, the towel, the soap, the amazing bedding, etc). They are trying to keep the sargassum away with a barrier and partially succeeding at keeping it under control. The beach is relatively small and facing east."

"This is a great property on a steep hill. Owner Lyndsay was VERY helpful and provided an introduction to the property even volunteering to help me with luggage. The site is walking distance from the downtown area."

"Wonderful spa hotel right on the beach. Rooms excellent and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom and shower was spacious, clean and beyond what we expected. AC worked perfect. Oceanview room with balcony overlooking the beach made for magical and romantic nights and days. Would definitely stay again!!!"

"The room was clean, beautiful, and very spacious we just had a little issue with the A/C and on spot where water leaked from the ceiling. Once it was reported someone was sent right away. The pools are great the kids enjoyed them the staff was friendly mostly helpful and nice."

"The Island View was charming, the views were fantastic, and the staff were friendly and attentive! We had an earlier morning and they were very kind to make us a breakfast to go. Food was great! If I had to come up with any complaint it would be that the pool (shaded for a good portion of the day) was a bit chilly, but my husband didn’t mind that."
