"Our room wasn’t ready and we had to wait quite awhile. There were never cookies in the lounge; always an empty try. Ran out of in room coffee packets and hotel said they didn’t have anymore. They brought blankets and sheets to the sofa bed upon request but only one pillow. Rooms were ok but just need a deep clean to get all the sand out of them. "My fiancé and I stayed 3 nights here in March and while I wouldn't call it a 5-star hotel, we had an excellent experience. Something to consider when staying here is that it is located about 40 minutes away from the main city area (Christiansted) and the roads leading up the hotel get narrow and the cell service gets shotty. The drive is so far out that some Uber drivers decline your ride because they do not want to drive out that far. I would def let them drive instead of renting if you are...

"Our accomodations surpassed my expectations. We stayed in one of the bungalows. The beds were very comfortable, the bungalow was spacious, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cups, silverware, etc. Every meal was excellent. The fettucine alfredo, the veggie stir fry, the onion rings were excellent. Large portions, and the wait time was not long. The drinks were generously large, and the bar prices much better than other hotels. Will definitely stay again!"
