"We were not able to check-in until 4:30pm well past there 4:00pm check-in time. There is no urgency to clean the rooms in a timely manner given the 10:00am check-out. The pool is only 3.5 ft deep throughout, the pool bartenders seem to have a very laidback service attitude as they celebrate with the guests."

"Enjoyed this unique property. The layout is interesting with rooms located down various hallways, stairways...was like being in a maze, but it added a lot of charm. Not just a hallway with rooms on each side. Small but cute pool with bar area overlooking it. Nothing fancy, but very quaint hotel in fabulous location within short walk of main StThomas shopping/waterfront strip. Would definetely stay again."

"The resort grounds and views are beautiful but our room smelled like mold/mildew. We switched to another room and it smelled the same. Saw several roaches running around our room. Restaurant staff were really slow even when there was barely anyone in the restaurant. I wouldn’t stay there again. "

"I had an ocean view from my room, and all of the pools had amazing views. The private Sugar Beach was an extraordinary asset to the overall trip to St. Thomas. In addition, the cost of taxis from the resort to Red Hook was very reasonable, and if using a rental car, the resort is located in an easy-to-access location."
