"Stayed with friends in a two bedroom suite. Customer service was excellent, very quick and efficient. Bartender was pleasant as well, very beautiful scenery as well. I will definitely stay again."

"The king size bed in the room was old with the hump in the middle. The room housekeeping was erratic, a couple of days no housekeeping, a few once a day and a few twice a day. Cleaning of the room was superficial, no cleaning of patio. We did not use the spa.The fittness room was nice but the steam room is at the spa."

"The room was awesome. The downsides were the amount of stairs. There were golf cart shuttles but getting one when needed was timely. When you did see one you had to jump out of the way or risk getting hit. They drive like it’s a NASCAR track. Out of the many times we did eat at restaurant there was only one server that paid any attention to us. The rest sat us took order and gave check. No refills no how is everything. Did not care."

"Very close to airport, literally a 5 minute drive from parking lot to parking lot. The original room they put us in was small, very out dated and inconveniently a distance away from parking. Lots of stairs and once we got all luggage in, discovered that the Air Conditioning unit was not working. They did place us in a unit in the main building that was more accommodating with working air. We only needed in for one night, so it served its purpose. "

"Wonderful hotel. Be prepared to take a taxi everywhere you want to go. You can use the sister hotel Buoy House next door. the staff is extremely friendly. Our room was spectacular and so was the view. I loved the infinity pool. "

"We stayed just one night at the Green Laguna after returning from a week of sailing in the BVI. Lyndsey and Chase so kindly arranged our transfer from the ferry to the hotel. We arrived exhausted. But we were so pleasantly greeted by the owners. They carried our luggage to our room. Gave us lots of tips as we settled in. We relaxed and enjoyed the refreshing pool while the owners made us a wonderful dinner reservation and a taxi ride. The restaurant was just a 3 minute drive up the mountain,...

"Location was absolutely key! While the hotel is a bit older, it still offers a nice stay. There was a water pipe issue, but it was out of their control, and they thoughtfully provided water for guests. Remember, it's an island, and sometimes things happen! The downfall is, there are lots of stairs but it also makes for a better view 😉 #Location #Hotel #Island #View"

"Air conditioning was good. Room had a full kitchen which was great. The view from the top where it was located was beautiful over looking the anchorage while sitting out on the deck."

"Our condo and the property and staff were amazing. We had a wonderful time. We also recommend renting the dinghy boats next to the condo. My husband and I rented a 15ft and it handled wonderfully. We snorkled at John and it was wonderful."

"First of all this is not a 24/7 hands on place at all. The front desk only works from 8am to 10 pm. So if you have anything that you need you won't get it. If the pipe burst, need towels, light bulb you won't be able to get anything ontil that time. So emergency around that time isn't available. Outside my room iheard a loud bang. "Everything you need in one beautifully maintained resort. The staff were all kind from reception to restaurant staff to the beach hut attendants and the cleaning crews. Honestly, everyone we interacted with on the island was beyond kind, even our young kids made note of it on multiple occasions.
