But we were so pleasantly greeted by the owners. They carried our luggage to our room. Gave us lots of tips as we settled in. "My husband and I stayed for one night at Olga's Fancy to be close to the airport after being in St John for a week. This property was absolutely adorable, and we wish we had been there longer to use the pool. The room was unique and Eddie the owner was very helpful telling us nearby restaurants and getting a cab for us in the morning to get to the airport. We would definitely come back."

"Services are terrible at this hotel. It may be discriminated specfic type of perple. To some, it is extremely friendly with talking and explaining for 20 min. or longer while we were line up to check out for rushing to the airport at the time there were only two customers service representatives were available. When we checked in, they gave juice to almost all check in customers except us. I am not sure if it is discreminated or what! Hotel needs major change to qualify for all time five stars...
