"The spa facilities were excellent. Firepit was a nice touch as was the gas fire in the room. Would definitely stay again."

"The airport shuttle has limited hours, which I was not aware of. I needed a very early morning shuttle and they dont provide that service. The rooms are fabulous, they mean it when they say suites. It was a large living dining and kitchen area with a large bedroom bathroom suite with a king bed. Very comfortable and well equipped."

"Helpful staff, great offerings for breakfast, well maintained property. Really liked having cold water available in the lobby as well as coffee and tea."

"The hotel was clean , but our room was very noisy. We do not know it the noise was coming from the room upstairs or the elevator. Hard to rest when you are hearing steps constantly."

"Breakfast"

"Spotless accommodations - and only a few miles from downtown. Would definitely stay here again."

"The location was great and parking easy, but the room could have been cleaner, especially the floor."

"C’est isolé sur le bord de l’autoroute, mais l’hôtel et le personnel sont impeccables!"

"The only thing is that I would like to see is regular cleaning of the room. We stayed 3 days, but no one came to clean our room."

"This is what I call a perfect hotel experience."

"Attention, l’établissement accepte les chiens. Nous nous en étions pas rendu compte au moment où nous avons réservé. Des chiens ont jappé pendant plusieurs heures. Longs cheveux foncés dans la salle de bain un peu partout. Hôtel avec animaux = odeur dans les chambres. Le personnel de l’hôtel est gentil."

"Overall great place. My only complaint would be our neighbors! This guy was up all night yelling. In and out the door down the hall. It was a sleepless night for me!"

"Understaffed but the staff do well for what they can. Had a spider in my bed one night. I’m not the type to freak out but someone else might. Everything else was awesome, room was comfy and probably worth the low price. If you want something better, pay more. It was good for what I paid"

"Close to airport"

"It seemed clean enough. The next morning I woke up with itchy bites all over me that after further research appear to be bed bug bites. No one is at the property full time, you have to call someone to come. After I researched the bites Expedia reached out to the property owner. They never received a response and proceeded to give me the contact info and I never received a response either. Ended up doing a charge back on credit card and it was issued without anyone contesting it."

"The pull out sofa mattress was a big bunch of wires. The bathroom sink was not very clean. Staff were lovely."

"Always perfect"
