Lovely hotel staff very friendly and and try their best to make you comfortable and enjoy the stay with them. The receptionists both guys were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is a short walk to everything very convenient. The top roof was very nice plenty of sun beds and view is wonderful. The breakfast was very nice traditional breakfast with a choice of freshly made omelettes . I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone of my friends and family. Thank you for make my stay very enjoyable. 5*****

Overall the property was lovely, if not a bit dated and needing some modernisation/upgrades. The pillows in the rooms were extremely lumpy and uncomfortable and should be replaced. The tv didn't work - and the wifi wasn't great. But it was fine. The team were amazing. They were so caring and genuine. They really made the stay special.

This is an ok stay but beds are really poor, very small and basic, ive slept in better beds in hostels. The breakfast could be allot better, breakfasts are normally a real treat in Morocco.

Tolles, sehr schönes Riad in historischem Ambiente. Sehr guter, freundlicher Service. Perfekte Lage. Gutes Frühstück. (Kleiner Minuspunkt ist die Dachterrasse, die offensichtlich nicht mehr genutzt wird und deshalb leider nicht so top gepflegt ist.) Zusammenfassend sehr empfehlenswert!

Séjour agreable

Séjour agréable. Hôtel de style post colonial très bien situé calme et reposant. Personnel très serviable et sympathique. Ils nous ont bien accueilli, conseillé et indiqué les meilleurs adresses du quartier. Néanmoins nous étions quelque peu déçus de ne pas trouver d'option traditionnelle au menu du petit déjeuner, un peu trop français à notre goût, nous qui étions venus découvrir Essaouira justement... Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses, mais nous avons été dérangés par le manque de luminosité dans la chambre, un peu trop sombre à notre goût ainsi que par la défaillance de la télé qui ne marchait pas du tout. Nous n'avons donc pas pu exploiter l'espace situé en mezzanine, à cause de cela, ce qui est bien dommage.

Vous annoncez « piscine » et « SPA » ! Faux ! Ni l’un ni l’autre. La SDB pas pratique. La terrasse difficilement utilisable, parce que le mobilier est vieux et usé. Personnel serviable et aimable , comme dans tout le Maroc.

À y séjourner absolument

Je recommande à 200%. Très bien situé le personnel est d’une gentillesse extrême aux petits soins et si vous voulez de l’huile d’argan de la vraie le réceptionniste (pardon mais je n’ai pas son prénom) vous enverra chez le meilleur ! Une petite ville très agréable à voir absolument. C’est un endroit très calme et reposant un petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux. Une grande chambre spacieuse super literie très propre. Je remercie tout le personnel et si je reviens à essaouira c’est ici que j’irai.

Très joli hôtel décoré dans un style marocain- andalou, très bien entretenu. Très bien situé pour visiter la médina et le port. Très copieux petit déjeuner servi avec le sourire. Personnel aux petits soins. Le hammam ne se trouve pas a l’intérieur de l’hôtel mais juste en face.. la encore, service de qualité et relaxation assurée.

We had a great time at the hotel. It’s in a fantastic location just inside the Médina walls, across from a great cafe called l’Atelier and a short walk to the main beach. The staff were very welcoming and kind. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There was some mold in the shower in our room but otherwise more just general wear and teaR.
