"This hotel more than exceeded our expectations - in adding an extra room to our reservation very accommodatingly, to the delicious breakfast spread, the well air-conditioned room and to the friendly front staff. "I booked Ataköşk Hotel through Expedia based on the beautiful photos and presentation shown online. Unfortunately, what we experienced was completely different from what was advertised. The sauna and Turkish bath were highlighted in the photos, but both were closed and unavailable. People make reservations based on these facilities, so this should be clearly mentioned instead of misleading guests. "Good hotel in the centre of Ankara, near all of the main attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very tasty. The points for improvement were that there wasn't a bin in the room (only in the toilet) and that the room smelled of smoke. It was also a bit hot and there weren't any lighter blankets.
