Therme which was included to the room price, is open till 20:30, at least that what was written, however I have tried to go at 19:30, and the door to Therme was closed.As they are claiming this is a four star hotel, they shall put more efforts for international customers."

The bar staff were rude and standoffish as they ignored me and refused to change the channel on the tv when no one was watching it. An easy 5 minute walk to the Hbf area which has shops and transport. Street is a bit sketch but I felt OK as a solo female traveler. I would stay here again!"
