"Rooms were clean, air conditioning in the room. Breakfast buffet was great, they had a lot of variety. Staff was awesome and accomodating."

"ดี แต่สิ่งในห้องอำนวความสะดวกควรควรพัฒนา"

"Es war alles sehr schön. Sehr leckeres Essen, Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich."

"Great"

"Super Zimmer. Sehr geräumig und sauber. Frühstück ist super"

"Choose the renovated room will be ok. Service standard/ amenities are average. "

"Good "

"Room very small, bed not very comfortable and the plumbing, I think, smelled bad the entire stay. Shower/tub combo was quite narrow and high to get into. Was not very impressed. Location however could not be beaten"

"Perfect hotel. Staff was great. Breakfast buffet was the best I had in Switzerland. Comfortable and large room."

"Great hotel and good location "

"I booked a triple room but its very small for 3 people. Bathroom has only a shower curtain with flat floor surface so when you shower the water gets everywhere no matter how much you try to be careful not getting the rest of the floor wet- we just used multiple towels to keep the area dry. There is no telephone in the room so if u need anything, you have to go down each time at the front desk which is kinda inconvenient as lines can be long too with the other customers either checking in or out...

"Sheila was wonderful! So nice and very"

"The room and hotel itself were very clean. Nice perks: complimentary seltzer water and washcloths. Negatives: no A/C, incorrect data from staff re: bus schedule (two staff agents gave incorrect bus pickup times)."

"Great location. Friendly staff."
