"Overall, this was a decent hotel to stay at. It’s only almost 2 yrs old and was very clean. The staff were really nice and helpful. My only complaint is how clearly you can hear what’s going on in the halls. At night we could hear Walkee-talkees from staff and anyone who had a conversation in the halls. We could also hear the elevator. I had to turn on a noise machine to block out the sound. Other than that I would come back. Fabiola, in the restaurant was amazing!"

"Although I only stayed for one night for a business trip, I would definitely return. The room was very spacious; with a modern shower and nice view. The location of the hotel is close to a shopping mall, so you always have that option available to you. Finally, the view from the breakfast area was truly inspiring. I would return, no doubt!"

"Toast, eggs, fruit for an easy breakfast. Beds not super comfortable if you have any back issues. Staff friendly and accommodating. Very cute and space! Very central."

"The property itself is beautiful, The pool was nice the staff was super friendly. If you’re driving a rental I hope it’s 4WD because there was a lot of cars including ours getting stuck going up the hill the hotel was on. Would stay again :)"

"This hotel really needs renovation and better cleanliness for the price they charge. It’s hard to believe this is an InterContinental. The lobby furniture looks old, and if you look at the bar lamps, several light bulbs are burned out. I was also charged $32 for three bottles of water from the minibar. The location is good and the food is good as well, but overall the hotel is overpriced."

"The room was nice and so was the surrounding area. The only issues I had was no hot water for the whole 5 days. On day 3 I reached out to the owner/host and the live in manager came to assist with the water heater. It worked for one day and then it stopped again. Luis the live in manager helped and I appreciated it but his attitude made me not want to reach out with another issue."

"El hotel es funcional en habitación, gimnasio y desayuno. Me gusto la ubicación por que es muy rápido llegar al centro de San José u otros centros comerciales a no mas de 20 minutos en taxi o Uber."

"Very nice property, centrally located very professional and courteous staff, would stay there again and recommend. Per my husband, special shout out to John on the omelette station, they met up many mornings and Heather at the bar, he won't say how many times they met up. An added plus are the restaurants and karaoke lounge located just outside the main door of the hotel and the underground parking is very convenient."
