This is our this is our third stay here. We love the value and cleanliness of this property. Great breakfast buffet. Staff is friendly and make you feel at home. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. They need to put safes in the rooms.

Hotel is new and rooms are big and comfortable. Beds are also very comfortable and large. Staff is kind and speak english (it doesn't happen often in Turkey out of turistic places). Breakfast offers a full range of food and drinks of good quality. It is located out of the city center, so it is more quiet and no problems for the parking

Excellent service, large rooms, delicious buffet, helpful and well trained staff. Hotel is so nicely decorated like design hotel. Hotel is very convenient for winter sports. It is only 2 minutes away of Palandoken Ski center. Free shuttle to lift station. I never wait more than 3-5 minutes for shuttle. I stayed 8 nights. I strongly recommend. I will come next year again.

We liked it here so much that we stayed an extra night. The checkin was fast and efficient, the rooms were spacious and clean, the bed was large and comfortable, the breakfast was very complete and delicious with local flavors like the Erzurum green cheese. The decor was cosy and modern at the same time. The location is only a 2 minute drive from the ski center. The views are also spectacular (specially at night). My two gripes were that they did not have an in-room safe and the internet password was your passport number (birthdate or another number would be easier to remember). I want to single out the kitchen staff who was so kind and shared their recipe for Suzme and fermented cabbage with me❤️

This is a new build. There are no obsolete items. The building architecture is nice, but it is not made of luxury materials. I was very satisfied with the cleaning. The staff of the hotel was positive, I was satisfied with the food. There was a minibar in our room but it was empty. There was no safe box in the room. Overall I was satisfied.

I booked my room online few hours in advanced and paid with my visa card and got the confirmation . When I arrived there , the so called manager made me wait and argued with me for almost 2 hours , saying we dont have the room that I booked , he made us waiting with my 1 year old son , we were very tired and i was about calling the police. Very weak management , do not recommend at all.

5 gün kaldım. Housekeeping işinin neden bir erkek yapmamalıyı bu otelde anladım. Temizlik gerçekten çok kötü. Ben hayatımda ilk defa bir otele çarşafımı değiştirin dedim 3. Günlerine girdiklerinde. Otel yapılmış güzel ama herşey olsun diye yapılmış sanki. İçi hizmet çok kötü. Banyoya 5 gün boyunca 1 kez paspas atılmadı. Elimden akan suyun fayanstaki izine baktım çıktığım güne kadar. Yatak ise hiç konforlu değildi.
