Hotel was a great experience. Amazing breakfast and authentic Turkish hospitality. I would definitely love to come back and stay and recommend to others visiting Turkey. The hospitality of the staff especially Zeynep Sultan, Efendi Mitat and Efendi Firat was amazing.

This is our this is our third stay here. We love the value and cleanliness of this property. Great breakfast buffet. Staff is friendly and make you feel at home. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. They need to put safes in the rooms.

Excellent service, large rooms, delicious buffet, helpful and well trained staff. Hotel is so nicely decorated like design hotel. Hotel is very convenient for winter sports. It is only 2 minutes away of Palandoken Ski center. Free shuttle to lift station. I never wait more than 3-5 minutes for shuttle. I stayed 8 nights. I strongly recommend. I will come next year again.

This is a new build. There are no obsolete items. The building architecture is nice, but it is not made of luxury materials. I was very satisfied with the cleaning. The staff of the hotel was positive, I was satisfied with the food. There was a minibar in our room but it was empty. There was no safe box in the room. Overall I was satisfied.

Dont recommend

I booked my room online few hours in advanced and paid with my visa card and got the confirmation . When I arrived there , the so called manager made me wait and argued with me for almost 2 hours , saying we dont have the room that I booked , he made us waiting with my 1 year old son , we were very tired and i was about calling the police. Very weak management , do not recommend at all.

Güzel bir yer

Otel çok iyi dekore edilmiş. Çarşaflar, oda ve tuvalet temizliği çok iyiydi. Hijyen açısından bebekli aileler için uygun. Kahvaltısı açık büfe ve taze ürünlerden oluşuyor. Ailecek memnun kaldık. Bir dahaki Erzurum seyahatimizde ilk olarak burayı tercih edeceğiz.

3 günlüğüne kayak tatili yapmaya geldik. Herşey kusursuzdu. Tekrar geldiğimde hiç düşünmeden tercih ederim. Fiyat çok uygun. kayak merkezine 2 dk mesafede araba ile. Servisi var sabah 08.00 17.00 istediğiniz zaman sizi bırakıyor veya getiriyorlar. Gece kayağı oldugunda servis akşam 19.30a kadarmış. Kahvaltıları mükemmel açık büfe ve çok çeşit herşey Taze ve lezzetli. Şefleri çok iyi. Akşam yemekleri de güzeldi. Odalar geniş ve temiz otel dizaynı mükemmel.

First time staying at this hotel and everything was as described on the hotels.com Very clean, spacious and nicely decorated room. Breakfast was superb and spoiled by the choices. Staffs were very polite and helpful. Definitely will be back again.
