The room was unpleasant. The trash bins were dirty, the towels were unpleasant, and the curtains were filthy. Although the mattress was comfortable, the worst part was the pervasive smell of cigarette smoke, which couldn’t be eliminated by airing out the room. The smoke odor made it impossible to sleep, and my hair and all my clothes reeked. Additionally, the room didn’t lock from the outside, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work. I eagerly awaited the morning to leave. However, the breakfast was good.

Fiyatına göre çok makul. Çalışanlar kibar ve efendi. Ailece gidilebilir. Çok sıcak kanlılar. Özellikle mutfak kısmındaki agabey çok iyi niyetli ve yardimsever. Kahvaltı alanı kucuk oldugu için insan kötü zannediyor. Ama hem çeşit fazla hem de çok kaliteli ürünler. Hatta sonraki gün baska sehirde daha pahalı ve büyük yerde kaldık. Manzara süper, genişti ama yediğimiz kahvaltilik urunleri cok kotuydu. Yorumlarda kahvaltisi guzel diyenler doğru soylemis. Bina cok eski ve oda icerisindeki esyalar da eskimiş ama bu fiyata daha iyi bir yer bulmanız imkansız. Tavsiye ederim.

Odam sigara kokuyordu . Balkon kapısı kilitli değildi önüne masa koyarak uyumak zorunda kaldım . Kahvaltısında siyah zeytinden kıl çıktı . Banyoda ısıtıcı yoktu ve çok soğuktu duş alamadım .

Pas satisfait du tout.

Odeur de cigarette partout. Dans la chambre, dans la salle de bain comme si quelqu'un fumait à côté de vous en permanence. Pas de prise pour charger nos téléphones. Solution débrancher le frigo, la tv ou le séche cheveux dans la salle de bain ;-) La douche n'en est pas une, nous n'avons donc pas pu nous doucher. Check out signalé à 13h... mais à 12h30 on toque à votre porte pour vous demander si vous compter bien sortir. Petit déjeuner très pauvre. Pas de soupe ni d'oeufs pour nous à 8h40 alors que le service était jusqu'à 10h. Du thé dans le hall servi toute la journée (ou pas) mais on ne sait pas pour qui. On ne nous y a ni invité ni informé. Parking signalé mais pas de parking (on trouve d3s solutions dansnla rue tout de même). Les prix affichés dans le hall de l'hôtel sont moins chers que sur hotels.com ce qui maisse un petit sentiment de s'être fait arnaqué un peu. Globalement pas satisfait du séjour.

Çalışanlar ilgiliydi ancak 10 da gittim oda boşalmadı 12 de gelin dediler karda kışta disarda dolaştım. 12 de geldim hala boşalmamış. çalışan müşterimize odayi boşalt diyemeyiz diyor ne saçma. Neyse boş daha küçük bir oda varmış ona razı oldum. İçerisi çok kötü perdeler kirden resmen kararmış pencere önleri toz içinde. Havlular çok kötü kokuyor. Kahvaltısı iyiydi.

Otel tam şehrin göbeğinde istediğiniz yere yürüme mesafesinde, sadece uzak mesafelere araba ile gidiyorsunuz. Oteldeki çalışanlar güler yüzlü, kahvaltı açık büfe olması doyurucu, bu fiyata kalınabilecek güzel bir otel. Sadece eksiklik odada gerekli eksilen malzeme varsa sorulmalı, ortak tuvalette malzeme eksikliği yani peçete yok, kettle tarzı malzeme olmalı, duşa kabin olmalı nedenmi su etrafa sıçramaması için. Genel olarak uygun fiyatlı olması, Güler yüzlü olmaları, Kahvaltı açık büfe çeşit az olsada, merkeze çok yakın olması benim için yeterlidir. 10 üzerinden 8 hak ediyor.

A really friendly hotel, with a really friendly and welcoming set of staff who made me feel very welcome. Although the room was quite basic (but for the price I'm not complaining), and could do with some work to it, the bed was possibly the most comfortable I've ever slept in at a hotel. Breakfast was also very generous. Would definitely stay again.

Güzel Geçen 2 Gece

Kısa Süreliğine bir Erzurum gezisi oldu bizim için ama yine gidersek ilk tercih edeceğim Otel yine Kervansaray Oteldir. Çalışanların güler yüzü ve ufak bir ricam da bile hemen yardımcı olmaları beni mutlu etti. Otel Kervansaray a buradan çok teşekkür ediyorum.
