The staff as kind and had a pack n play waiting in our room when we arrived. The soap dispensers in the bathroom were empty but otherwise the room was clean and comfortable!

The hotel staff were very welcoming and efficient. The rooms were very clean and bright and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very basic but at least there was something for the guests. Location was perfect and there was plenty of parking, which is free. I would definitely recommend this hotel for sure! Thank you

Great breakfast and quiet location. I didn’t like the no WiFi in the rooms and they charged for parking which seems odd for a hotel smack dab in the middle of a giant parking lot. It’s not in a downtown location with limited spots or anything.

Booked 2 rooms for the family trip to Presque Isle for 4 days. Rooms were very clean. We didn't have the room cleaned each day but the staff provided us clean towels. Front desk was very nice. I wish I would have asked the name of the breakfast lady because she was amazing. The breakfast was very very good. The area was clean and organized. We have stayed multiple times over the last few years and we like it a lot. Be careful of the fire alarm going off during the night. That is my reason for not giving 5 stars.

The beds were so comfortable that we overslept and missed breakfast. We stayed here before and will stay here again as the price is right and it’s easy to get to. The hotel is pretty much at the Millcreek Mall and there’s shopping and places to eat within walking distance.
