Ice machine not working! After 10 days and 5 hotels, this is a common theme. It’s almost like the McDonalds ice cream machines. The property was clean but the parking needs a serious refresh. Potholes and missing concrete. On the outside are red and blue lights that set a tone for the outside. From inside your room, those lights are annoying as the shades/curtains cannot block them out. The staff was friendly and courteous.

Staff was very nice. The room had no bag for ice bucket, no plastic cups, towels were stained, the one washcloth that was there had hairs imbedded in the fabric, and there was a syringe cap from a needle in the toilet. Breakfast was very minimal at best.

Besides not having any towels and the toilet seat feeling like it was about to fall off they keep it very clean and smelling fresh. The lady at the time of my check in was amazing she definitely went above and beyond she actually set the tone for my stay,

I absolutely loved the Continental breakfast and free coffee and water all day! I was not impressed when I walked into my room and there was dog hair all over the sofa and the bathroom floor was dirty. Would stay again if I had a cleaner room. Loved the pool though!

Check in was fast and efficient. Beds were comfy and clean. Breakfast was terrible. Don’t stay here if that’s your main reason. Pool was good (not heated) and gym was out of use.

The property was clean and conveniently located right on I-90. I was in town briefly for a funeral and had trouble tying my neck tie for the service. I went down to the front desk and the gentleman was very kind and helped me tie it. Overall it was a good place to stay even though it was a sad occasion.

The lobby was nice. Staff at check in were helpful. The rest of the hotel was dirty. There was a water leak in the hall outside of our room the 3 days we were there. After check in the staff were nowhere to be found. Even if you tried to call there was no answer. Breakfast was cereal bars and packaged muffins. We checked out a day early.
