"Very friendly staff, beautiful property and room, loved the bathroom and bed was very comfortable from an American perspective (not like sleeping on a cement slab). Parking is €30/day and offsite (3-5 min walk), but easy in & out."

"The Hotels.com description of our room was flat out incorrect. We chose the room specifically because it described the room as having a separate sleeping area (queen bed) and queen sofa bed. As we were travelling with her 7 year old son, this directly affected our decision to book. What we got did not allow us the privacy we specifically looked for. The bathroom had loose and missing fittings. Definitely NOT a "superior" room. Staff were welcoming though, and very kind."

"The breakfast was pretty good. It would be even better if they had fruits and some healthier food. But I am aware that this is too much to expect from a hotel at this price range. They did their best to serve me bread without glutein. The room was rather simple but it was clean and the view was awesome. I wouldn't call it luxurious, but If you are looking for a hotel with a reasonable price, right at the heart of Hamburg, you must put this one at the top of your list."

"Odd arrangement! Hotel guests are set up in a vacant part of an independant livining area in a senior home. Some Bolt drivers could not find the pickup/dropoff spot at the hotel/senior residence entrance. We booked a larger room/ apartment with kitchenette.. kitchen area was very small and cramped, behind a door.. awkward arrangement... feels like visiting a senior living complex."
