"Bathroom surfaces were not all cleaned. The soap dispenser had dust and hair on it. No sun blind/net curtains for privacy from views. Drapes were not block out, hard to sleep after a long haul flight with sun streaming through. No fridge or tea and coffee making facilities. However, I liked the property, staff were brilliant, excellent breakfast, nice bed. "

"The breakfast was pretty good. It would be even better if they had fruits and some healthier food. But I am aware that this is too much to expect from a hotel at this price range. They did their best to serve me bread without glutein. The room was rather simple but it was clean and the view was awesome. I wouldn't call it luxurious, but If you are looking for a hotel with a reasonable price, right at the heart of Hamburg, you must put this one at the top of your list."

"Odd arrangement! Hotel guests are set up in a vacant part of an independant livining area in a senior home. Some Bolt drivers could not find the pickup/dropoff spot at the hotel/senior residence entrance. We booked a larger room/ apartment with kitchenette.. kitchen area was very small and cramped, behind a door.. awkward arrangement... feels like visiting a senior living complex."
