This one's a keeper

Very good hotel. We had a plumbing leak in the sink, but otherwise quite good. I've stayed in another hotel in Entebbe and this was superior by far. Will definitely use them again.

A warm welcome in troubling times

Look, we are mid Covid and it is difficult to provide an accurate review for a property that was only 20% occupancy on the night we stayed. BUT......we got a warm welcome, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is a little oasis in the midst of a lot of traffic and enterprise. It was quiet, had a great atmosphere, with well appointed rooms.

Nightmare

We arrived at 3:00 AM after traveling 20 hrs., hoping to get 4 hrs sleep before our fight out of Entebbe. We had just finished 2 weeks doing dental clinics in remote villages. They couldn't find our reservation, even though I showed them our booking number etc.,and after a long hassle, brought us to a room. After unpacking and getting into bed, they were banging on our door, which i unfortunately opened. They demanded that we repack and move to a different room (4:15 AM), because they finally found our reservation and had put us into a regular room when it stated we were to be in a cheap room. After a lengthy argument that I probably might have awakened the whole hotel, my wife insisted we just go ahead and move - about 200 yards and a few flights of stairs away. By then, I was so steamed that I got no sleep, and we we were out and off to the airport a few hrs. later, on their shuttle which cost $45 for a 2 mile ride.
