The hotel and staff were great. My problem was when I made the reservation, at my end on your reservation page it showed the dates I requested, I have pictures, my request was from 08/05/26-08/06/26, but I the day prior to my arrival, I got an email, from your company, asking me how was my experience. To find out I received an email with the wrong date, I trusted everything was fine, til I got inquiry mail I went back to my entries of my reservation, on your screen was still showing 08/05/26-08/06/26. I ended up paying again for the reservation, do to an emergency and not having enough time to dispute the wrong charge.

Very comfortable

We had a nice comfortable stay. The rooms are clean & comfortable. Morning breakfast is good. The hotel is located about a 2 km from downtown Ensenada. Parking is ample on the property.
